The Market Line is an expansive, bazaar-like marketplace and grocery running three city blocks along Broome Street. Phase one brought together an eclectic mix of more than 30 locally-sourced vendors and restaurants reflecting the character, culture and grit of the LES and the generations engrained in its urban fabric.
From gathering picnic provisions to planning a dinner party or nightly meals for your family, you will find everything you need here from some of the city’s most lauded purveyors. Additionally, come dine in – whether grabbing a coffee with a friend, lingering over lunch with coworkers, or seeking out some delicious food after a long day of work, The Market Line has the best from local New York City food vendors.
All your favorite vendors are now accessible right from your home. Beer, wine, snacks, groceries, and pre-made food can all be shopped through our new online store. Gone are the days where you had to choose one place to order from. Select one, a few, or all of them! One cart, one check out.
Wander through a collection of maker spaces featuring art galleries, additional eateries, clothing boutiques, and a live music for an unparalleled retail and design experience. Vendors will showcase the craftsmanship and artistry of the local art scene unique to the Lower East Side, while vibrant large-scale installations by LES street artists will further enliven the space.
During these uncertain times, the Market Line was forced to close its doors. Since restrictions have lifted in phases, we as a community, have learned to constantly brainstorm and pivot. With our unique offerings from the city’s top purveyors and vendors, we were determined to find a way to bring our world to you and your loved ones. The Mini-Market allows you to explore our retail grocery vendors, with a rotation of hot food vendors made to order, while staying most of all safe and socially distant.
