Southeast Asia Food Group (SAFG) is an Asian Food Distributor that has worked with New York's top chefs, restaurants, hotels, and cafeterias for nearly 30 years. Their Market Line retail space will function both as a grocery store and a showroom, allowing customers to shop for chef-approved Asian food and ingredients, and to participate in group cooking-demonstrations, conducted by local business owners and chefs. Food service professionals and home cooks are all welcome.
